I think this guy is for real. It almost seems like a parody. If I'd seen this on SNL, I wouldn't have been surprised (or more amused).
I guess venting is cheaper than therapy, so let him vent. I could sell tickets to his attempts to arrest every policeman in Oakland, and I'd have enough money to join the "1%". That would be entertaining!
